Terms of use
1. The parties
These terms are an agreement between you and ZE RE SE HUB TECHNOLOGY (LLC), commercial register no. 237478, Administrative Building 5, Zizinia Resort, Fifth Settlement, New Cairo ("the company"), and govern your use of the Isnad platform in its hosted instance app.isnadeg.com and of the website isnadeg.com.
Where the company has a written contract with the organisation through which you use Isnad, that contract prevails over these terms where they conflict.
2. What Isnad is, and for whom
Isnad is a platform where organisations keep their files — cases, arbitrations, board meetings and training courses — in order and with page numbers that do not change, hold their sessions on them, and produce their records from them. It is used through an organisation: nobody creates an account for themselves; people come in by an invitation or a code given by someone with authority in the workspace.
3. Your account
- An account is for one person. Do not share your password or your check-in code; what is done with your account is attributed to you in the access log.
- An invitation or join code belongs to the person it was sent to. Using a code, or a place on a list, meant for someone else breaches these terms, and the log shows who used it and when.
- Tell us at once if you think someone has used your account: info@zrs-hubtech.com.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- file material you have no right to file, that breaks the law, or that infringes others' rights;
- try to reach a workspace or data you have not been given access to, or get around any protection;
- upload malicious software, or deliberately overload the platform so that it fails others;
- copy, resell or decompile the platform, except as the law allows.
Every access attempt — allowed or refused — is logged.
5. What you file
- What you or your organisation files remains yours. You give the company a limited permission to host and process it — number it, extract its text, machine-read scanned pages, and show it to people with access — only as far as needed to provide the service.
- The company does not look at workspace content except to run and maintain the platform, at the organisation's request, or where the law requires it.
- What a machine reads from a scanned page is shown as a machine reading and never replaces the filed document. What an automated tool proposes — a suggested mark, for instance — is not a record until a person adopts it.
6. The organisation's responsibilities
The organisation that creates workspaces and invites people into them is responsible for:
- having a lawful basis for what it files and for whom it invites;
- obtaining a guardian's consent before enrolling anyone under eighteen;
- the roles and access windows it grants, and what it decides to open, conclude or delete.
7. Certificates, marks and points
- Points and certificate eligibility are worked out from the platform's records (attendance, hand-ins and adopted marks) under rules the organisation sets.
- A certificate is issued by the organisation, not the company, and the organisation alone is responsible for its content and for any professional accreditation it names. The company's part is to prove that a certificate file is the one actually issued, through the verification page.
8. Availability and the demonstration instance
The hosted instance app.isnadeg.com is currently a demonstration instance: provided as is, with no commitment to continuous availability and no backups. It may stop for maintenance or updates, and what is deleted from it cannot be recovered. Do not file anything on it of which you do not keep a copy elsewhere. Live use by an organisation is governed by the service level agreed in its own contract, not by this section.
9. Ending and deletion
- An organisation can conclude a workspace (it becomes read-only), archive it, and its owner can then delete it. Deletion is final and removes everything in the workspace; a summary of who reached it and when remains, as the privacy policy explains.
- The company may suspend an account that breaches these terms, or where the law requires it.
10. Limitation of liability
At this stage the platform is provided free of charge and as is, with no warranty of any kind, express or implied, as to its availability, its freedom from error or its fitness for a particular purpose.
The company is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost profit, or for the loss of data or documents arising from your use of the demonstration instance — section 8 having warned that it has no backups. Nothing in these terms excludes what may not be excluded by law.
Paid use by an organisation is governed by the limits of liability set out in its own contract, not by this section.
11. Intellectual property
The platform, its code and design, and the name and mark "Isnad" / إسناد belong to the company. These terms give you no right in them other than to use them in accordance with these terms.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the Cairo courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of them.
13. Changes to these terms
Any change is published on this page with its date; material changes are notified to contracted organisations before they take effect. Continuing to use the platform after that date is acceptance of them.
